I come here regularly and always receive exemplary service. They are always thorough and make sure even my cheap old bike is running at it's version of tip-top shape. I have always been impressed with these guys. Within a few visits the staff and owners know me by name and remember things I tell them. They make regular conversation with me every time I enter and I see them treat others with this kindness also. I love to see how they always go so above and beyond in everything they do. Keep it up guys you are the best! 😃😁

I've been coming back to the shop for almost 10 years. Between my wife and I we've bought 6 bikes over the years. Through it all we've had great service from everyone on the team, and always feel welcome when we arrive. 
Everyone that asks, I will refer to Cycle City. They've never been pushy, and they understand that everyone's not looking for the same kind of bike. They've been patient when I couldn't quite put my finger on what was wrong, or didn't know exactly what I wanted.

Came in needing advice on a bike for my first triathlon sprint and was met with all around great service. Ended up buying a bike which has been nothing but awesome. Took my trail bike in for service about a week later, couldn't be more happier with the results. 

Definitely worth driving a little further and checking out before investing in your next/first bike. Not only do they have a great selection, but they take the time to explain the what and why. Would recommend to anyone. Fair pricing, great ethics, and they even have several riding groups if you can't convince your friends to pick up the hobby.
