I shopped around a lot including the other Trek store in the area before deciding to Purchase my brand new DS 8.5 and my Boone 9 disc at this store. I found it very refreshing to shop here where there wasn't any pressure whatsoever and everyone was well informed and willing to answer any and all my questions to help me pick the proper size and type of bicycle for the riding I will be doing. I will be returning to this store for all my bicycling needs!!!

Amazing store. Amazing quality products. But products seemed way overpriced when compared to items found online. Maybe I caught these guys at a bad time. Reading the reviews the customer service sounds great. Not the experience I had. Four employees were standing at the counter when I walked in. They all looked at me but never said a word. 5 minutes later one approached me. I'm sure he was knowledgeable about products but seemed very uncomfortable around people. I left there feeling out of place and pretty bummed out. I was hoping they could do some work to my new bike, but they didn't seem too interested in helping. Overall I was blown away by the quality. But very disappointed in the service.
