Knowledgeable group of guys. Their service prices are at a level where I can dish out the money and am still curious enough to browse rest of store to buy something, because I would probably spend more or the equivalent at other bigger bike stores just on services alone. I heard they have a new location, can’t wait to check it out next week when my front derailleur comes in the mail. Love the speedy service!

Great shop. I came in shopping for a frame, rather than trying to push me into something in stock Marco listened carefully to my needs and made what turned out to be a great recommendation. I also showed up mistakenly on a day they were closed and Vincent was nice enough to help me anyway. Often bike shops and coffee shops can have a bit of an attitude, there is none of that in this shop. Strongly recommend.

Real cool feel to the shop from the moment you walk in. Some of my favorite smells like coffee and bike tires and people who are all willing to help with whatever you’re looking for. Got a super cool Kona and am looking to pick up another cyclocross from my kid. Try the “Milk” coffee blend while you’re there, it’s so good.

I now use this shop exclusively for repairs.  I came in today with a minor problem with a wheel.  They had me ready to go in a few minutes and didn't charge me a thing!  Terrific service.  Bring them something tougher to fix and enjoy a cup of great coffee while you wait!

A great place for the experienced and inexperienced cyclist. I'm of the second category and I've always felt welcome. They ask questions to guide your decision rather than pushing you toward something they'd prefer. Most shops have what my wife calls, "Bike Dudes" who know bikes but have no bedside manner with folks exploring the sport. These dudes know their stuff, but they aren't snooty about it.
