As a former seamstress, she will create a custom look that is uniquely yours and design a custom ring that is unique to you! Cynthia is a custom jeweler and has free street parking and is the fairy godmother of engagement rings. She is located in Brookline MA, and doesn’t consider herself to be a regular retail shop. Cynthia is simply amazing! She is warm, engaging and with a brilliant eye for design. My fiance and I went to Cynthia to make a custom engagement ring out of my grandmother's stone and we simply couldn't be happier with the final product. I'd give ten stars if I could. Cynthia is remarkable. Do yourself a favor and meet her. You'll encounter an artist who absolutely loves her craft. From start to finish, my time working with Cynthia was seamless, and also fun!  I arrived hoping to create a truly personal ring for my now fiancée, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Cynthia guided me every step of the way, and she did so with vast knowledge, patience, grace, and a lot of good humor. What I find particularly noteworthy about Cynthia is that, in addition to being a consummate professional, she's a delightful human being. Her warmth, kindness, and conscientiousness will stand out to you and, as far as I can tell, they set her apart from the rest of the field. Thank you, Cynthia, for everything!

Cynthia turned an engagement ring nightmare into an absolute dream. My diamond fell out of my ring 3 months after our engagement. My fiance and I had just moved to Boston and we didn't want to send the ring back to the original jeweller for fear of another mishap. We visited several jewellers in Boston for opinions and as soon as we met Cynthia we knew we wanted to work with her. Instead of a generic setting from a retailer, Cynthia took her time to design a ring that was meant for me, my hand and my personality. I am absolutely in love with it! I never thought I could love it so much. She is a true artist and created the most perfect, seamless halo to enhance a beautiful diamond (halos can be hard to do!) She answered all of our emails right away and kept us informed and educated on the entire process. If you're looking for an engagement ring or even a special gift, go to Cynthia, you won't regret it! I can't wait to go back for our bands!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I went in for an appointment with Cynthia knowing nothing about diamond for the engagement ring, but Cynthia taught me what to know about the different cuts and properties of a diamond and gave me suggestions on it based around my budget. I showed her pictures of my then girlfriend (READ: now fiancee!) and she recommended the style of the ring for her! I wouldn't have known what to do without her. And obviously, the ring won over the heart of my fiancee! Thanks Cynthia!

If I could give Cynthia Britt Custom Jewelry more than 5 stars I would.  When I first began searching engagement rings, after seeing Cynthia’s work there was no question where we would be going. The experience my (now!) fiancé and I had with Cynthia was perfect from start to finish. We were probably a little different than the normal couple who go to Cynthia, as I wanted my fiancé to be as involved in the process as possible. We had been dating for 7 years prior, so I wanted her to be involved in the creation process of her ring and have this really be a memory for the both of us. It was definitely a great, memorable experience that the both of us shared, and Cynthia was so accommodating with everything that we wanted. Cynthia was there every step of the way and was very thorough in explaining how the process of creating a ring works. She really made sure we got exactly what we wanted, and within our budget! The time spent on this process is something we will always remember, and we will definitely be going back to Cynthia in the future.
