This store is just a front for these guys to legally rip you off. First of all they were very rude and extremely shady.I wanted to sell some silver and some gold. First of all I was told the wrong price of what silver and gold were going for today. The guy just gave me a number of what he wanted to pay. I asked him if he could weigh it and I was told that he would have to remove the stones and that it would be a $25 charge to remove the stones and to weigh it. As I was asking questions the guy was filling out the paperwork and kept pushing me to sign it. I felt like I was being ripped off so I told him I'm not selling. He only offered me $85 and I asked him to go $90 and he gave me a hard time about it. He kept trying to push me to sign the papers and at that point I knew I was being robbed. I told him I'm not signing and I would like to have my stuff back and leave.and found a legit buyer and he put it on the scale for me and told me that he would give me $190 for the stuff that I had. Needless to say that these guys are a bunch of crooks and like to take advantage of everyone. Do not go to this store and try to do business unless you like being ripped off and raped.  Please nobody go here you will be extremely sorry. Worst experience in a store I've ever had.

We bought our wedding bands here & were si happy with our experience. This was the only place that didn't pressure us for a sale, staff were friendly & welcoming and genuinely interested in our requirements. The experience was worlds away from competitors with reasonable prices for an excellent quality. I work in sales & I go out of my way to commend excellent service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any engaged couples!

Made buying wedding rings extremely easy. Great rings great price great service. Didn't even want to compare shop. Done and done!

I purchased my first automatic watch from EB Horn - it was an unforgettably GREAT experience!......

That day I told the staff immediately that I wasn't too knowledgeable about watches, and they began to teach me everything I needed to know and walk me through all of my options. The staff (professionals!) that helped me - Doug, Michael, and Norm - epitomized careful customer service and seemed genuinely invested in my satisfaction and in-store experience. They spent HOURS with me as I tried on almost every watch in the store - and they did so with patience, a smile, and while cracking jokes. 

I left the store that day with a watch that I truly loved and with great feelings towards the people that guided me along the way at EB Horn. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Superior service and professionalism.  My wife and I just went into their store on Monday May 22nd to purchase a 25th anniversary ring for her.  They couldn't have been nicer people or more professional.  We were able to pick up the ring on Tuesday May 23rd our actual anniversary.  Class all the way around.  Anyone who complains about this place ought to have their head  examined.
