I came in with my mother’s diamond looking to reset it.  We had great customer service from The gemologist Jamie Bosio.  Jamie showed me a number of settings, including setting the diamond with 2 rubies one for each of my siblings and she helped my to visualize how this would look.  
Jamie also told me a lot of information about my mothers diamond that I did not know!  
I will highly recommend Jamie to my friends and family.  She has a great personality, and really cares about her customers.
Jamie’s excellent customer service, made for a great experience.

This is a beautiful store with exquisite watches & jewelry. I’m a watch collector and Susan Murotake-Rollins spent an hour with me when I visited the store recently. Her level of expertise in fine watches is truly amazing. I highly recommended this store.

Shreve, Crump, & Low has is the finest jeweler I have ever experienced.  The merchandise and knowledge of the staff is 2nd to none.  They have always been insightful, provided advise, and found pieces of jewelry for myself, fiance, and family members over the years.

The team in Chestnut Hill & Boston have always help find the most precious items for our most special occasions.

Simply a phenomenal experience. Searching for an engagement ring can be quite a daunting task and one that the vast majority of jewelry stores I passed through don't necessarily make all that much easier. This was not the case at Shreve, Crump, and Low. Kelly Flaherdy was an incredibly helpful, passionate jeweler who went above and beyond to find a ring in line with what I was looking for that was also within my budget. While they have quite a few very unique, large, and rather expensive pieces that can be intimidating on a first pass through the store - I would feel confident in saying that Kelly will get excited about helping anyone that walks into the store with finding a ring that meets their preferences and budget. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
