Had a great time. Never thought so many mowers were available. Will be back after I decide which one is for me. Glad to know they offer free delivery.

My local Cypress dealer, guys have a great selection of mowers and have always been very helpful to me. Salesman actually towed a ZTR to my ranch in Brenham for a test drive on a Saturday. They didn't try and upsell me and if anything did the opposite. I have continued to spend money with them and have zero buyers remorse doing so. Don't understand the negative reviews because these are good guys all?

I bought a bad boy mower from them less than a year ago and it wouldn't start as of a month ago. They said it was a ground wire that was loose so they fixed it under warranty. Great. Then it wouldn't start after three uses, less than a month later, and now they are charging me. Horrible service. No call when it was ready, I had to call and find out myself. Will never buy from them again. They don't even get out of their chair to help you when you walk in.

Owner is terrible, treats customers and employees like trash. Had a repair which had to comeback 3 times till finally it was done properly. If you really must go here ask for Johann, the only one who seems to understand customer service. Otherwise stay clear of this place and their embarrassment of an owner and service manager.

Horrible customer service. Owner is a rude prick that acts like he's doing you a favor to get out of his chair to help you. Regardless of what question you ask, be prepared for a snotty, rude, irritable answer. I only go there because it's down the street from me, but after the last visit, phuck them...I'd rather drive a distance than to give them another dime.
