Found the prices and quality of goods to be average, but found the helpers in there to be clueless, or absent. Home depot needs a counter or computer where one could ask what aisle a product is located. Or, they could hire (and train) more employees to assist customers. They have added a whole new meaning to "do it yourself" because once your in there, you're on your own!

My husband and I had an absolutely horrible visit today at HD. We were shopping for a microwave. A female employee was standing close by, on her phone. We asked to borrow her tape measure. We have an older shelf for our present microwave and needed to make sure of the dimensions we were looking at. She huffed and said we couldn't borrow hers, but she would go find one we could borrow. When she came back, my husband told her he would return it to her if she needed to go help another customer. She smirked and told us she was waiting right there with us. Did she think we were going to STEAL a tape measure??? Poor attitude and service. We found a microwave at another store with more pleasant , helpful employees. We wont be back to HD.

Lost my Driver's License a few weeks ago. I didn't notice it was missing until my car was broken into, so I assumed it stolen. Today I opened my mail to find an envelope addressed from the Home Depot, this location, with my DL inside. Guy who broke into my car was caught AND there are still honest people in the world (who apparently work at home depot). Just when you start to lose faith in people, it can be restored. Thanks!
