If you're a homeowner and you need some kind of appliance because something in your home broke. As long as you're OK with the unreasonable part of having to wait two or three weeks to get that appliance to your home. Then don't waste your time. The only thing they have in stock is their absolute most expensive items. Anything below their absolute most expensive items they conveniently never have in stock. So unless you're a contractor that has lots of time to order these things and wait for them to show up I suggest going anywhere else. I literally went through four different dish washing machines and four different dryers not a single one of them was in stock the price tag just kept on going up until he got to the most expensive one. Guess what? They had that one. So again if you're a homeowner and appliance breaks in your house avoid Lowe's like the plague .

Most of the stock items are satisfactory. I wouldn't mind paying more for better quality goods. The special order system is weak, and that's being kind. I've ordered a few appliances and not once has any purchase been a smooth and seamless transaction. They say they will call when the order arrives at the store and that has never happened. A couple of times the order has arrived later than promised because it didn't ship out of the Dallas distribution center for unknown reasons.

The employees are 100% useless. How do you work somewhere and not know where anything is? I swear, people will hire anyone. You guys need to teach your employees better. Sorry ass company.

The lady who works in cabinets was by far the rudest lady ever!! She acted like it was a burden to help us. If your job is to work in an home improvement store then expect a lot of questions and be ready to help the customer, other wise get a job working at an office job so no one has to deal with your mean hateful self!!

My husband and I went to buy a refrigerator and a dishwasher ...Tim was very helpful in helping us..he answered all of our questions. Plus much more. we ended up buying both appliances . awesome customer service from Tim, Concetta the manager on duty and Linda who checked us out.... way to go guys we will be back...we love this store..
