Horrid. Used to be great, and I’ve been going there since they opened. But now this is what you get back. The least amount of work they can do, to get you out of there. They barely vacuum the car. Sometimes you have to watch and make sure the before during and after steps aren't scratching up your new paint job. Hard to prove but pictures say a thousand words. Otherwise, great place to and very fast but thorough

Brought my car in for and oil change and car wash. The line technician for got to put O rings back after changing the oil on my car. Oil leaked all over the place in their parking lot while my car waited to get washed. They fixed the problem after they noticed the huge puddle of oil under my car. They did not offer anything except to acknowledge that the technician made a mistake. Will never bring my car here again.

Big time scammers!!!!
I purchased the “Silver Bullet” package which includes a wax job with Carnauba wax using an Orbital polisher. As you can see in the receipt(is in the picture attachment), I left the car at 9:33 am. I came back at 1 pm(this should have gave the shop plenty of time to do a good job, since it will take me close to 3 hours to apply wax to a car) when I went to check the car the paint felt rough, like it was washed only. When I showed one of the sales man my issue, he assure me that the car was waxed (I am no expert, but I am a huge car fanatic and I can tell you that I had waxed plenty of cars to know the difference between a wax and a wash) he tells me that the car needs to be Clay Bar so I can see the difference, I disagree with him and his response was that he has been doing this job for 29 years, he left and he went to get the a manager. When the manager came he too assured me that the car was waxed and that it need it to be Clay Bar, but he will showed me the video so I can see that the car was at the wax station. We then went inside to see the video( which it is really blurry) the car pulls in the cover spot at 9.40 am, I asked to see at what time the car exit the cover spot....10.15!!!!
So it took them 35 minutes to dry, gloss the tires, detail the inside of my car, clean the windows and then WAX THE CAR WITH AN ORBITAL POLISHER!!! Yeah right!!!
They took advantage that I was not there to see the process. 
Horrible customer service, I will never take any of my vehicles to this business.

Update 2/17/18
Got a call back from a manager asking me to bring the car back. He told me that they did waxed the car but they can redo it to make me happy ( how nice!). I asked if he watch the video, and told him that there is no way that anybody can wax a car in 30 minutes. His response “we actually Wax 4 cars per hour” SMH!!

Went for a simple oil change on a Saturday.  Wait was not long, but tech came in to notify me that the oil in my transfer case was dirty and wanted to change it.  I told him no, and that all I wanted was an oil change.  He then asked me in a sarcastic way if I even knew what the trasfer case does.  I said yes, and walked back inside.  Then about 5 minutes later he asks me to look at my oil cap on the valve cover, and said I needed a new one.  I said no, just an oil change, thank you.  Next I hear him revving up my engine ridiculously at high rpm when he was driving my Jeep out of the bay.  As I was driving home at a stop light I noticed a burning oil smell.  Whe I got home, I noticed that he spilled oil all over the exhaust manifold.  I should have complained to management, but if they keep A-holes like this employed, I'm sure it would not have done any good.  Needless to say, I will not be coming back.  Stay Away!!!
