A place where your car is cared and polished. Staff members are friendly and they try to satisfy your needs as much as they can. Especially, their manager is a heart warming guy where it leaves you with a smile as well as keeping your vehicle shiny. Highly recommended

I had my car washed there on 10/20/2022.  I showed up at 4:30 they close at 5.  I got home only to realize they did not put the antenna back on my car.  I drove back immediately but they were closed.  I called at 8am next morning only to be told they always leave antenna and I should keep looking.  Basically telling me they are not going to look to see if it was around.  I asked to speak to the manager and was told they only show up on weekends.  When I asked the name of the person I was speaking with they would not give me.  On top of now having to replace the antenna I Paid $31 and car was still dirty. This car wash is really annoying. I wash my car at the self service station. The last 3-4 times I have used the vacuum cleaner it doesn't turn off after 4 mins like it supposed too. It stayed on for about 30 mins or so. I got charged 44$ when it should've been like 12$. That is really annoying me to my bones. Now I gotta contact them and my bank to get my money right.

DONT USE CREDIT CARD.  my card was charged even though I was not able to use both vacuum section and wash part; had to retrieve coins after swiping. Best to stick with cash.  Other than that, its convenient when in a rush, bored and can’t sleep or if bird poo is bothersome

I bought my car in for a wash on Dec 23 I went in paid for the service and went back to seethe car being washed and noticed there was no soap coming out seeout just hot water . So then I went back inside and told the guy guy behind the register and he replied I will look into it so then after that I asked him what he was going to do about it and he gave me a blank look and then reponded he would give me a ca partial refund and I agreed and gave him my card but In stead of receiving a refund I was charged again. This is not cool and btw every car that was there at that time they did the same thing to. That is stealing you know there was an issues but yet you charge ppl for a serive that you can't provide correctly

Did my own car wash and used credit card and was charged $25 when the price is $7.00.

I’ve recently went to this car wash only to use the self serve service. Normally they’ll charge my card $10 for 10 mins which is reasonable but I’ve had 2 incidents where they overcharged my card for using the self service. The first time they compensate for the issue. Don’t get me wrong it’s a great car wash but they need to fix their system where there charging more than what it’s supposed to be for. I’ve tried calling them not too long ago and nobody answers. Once again great car wash but won’t be using the self serve anymore there because of the overcharge issues

Have not been to the Texas Car Wash in Island park in a few years due to a change in ownership and pricing. I could see their popularity has waned when I got there it was quiet but I was hopeful that their service would match their pricing which is comparable to other car washes. They have three price packages policies wash only, wash with wax, and deluxe. I took the middle price and thought it was average. My floor mats had foot prints all over them. The dry toweling did not completely dry the car and I had to dry a lot of wet spots myself when I got home. I had also asked if they had a rain rewash policy and the cashier said he was new but had never heard of such a policy. So my opinion on this carwash is don't expect much.

Stay away! I joined their monthly wash club for $100 a month as I like a really clean car. 25% of the time when I come there during normal business hours they are closed. Once when I came by they were doing self serve but the full serve was broken. I asked when it would be fixed and they said “we hope a couple of hours”. I asked if they could call me when it was working as I live about half an hour away and they said no, I would have to just call and keep checking or just come back. At that point I decided not to leave a negative review because I feel for the nice people who vacuum and dry the cars and probably are working for tips. Today was the last straw. I am moving in the next couple of weeks and I asked the guy at the desk to cancel my membership at the end of this billing cycle. He said he cant, he can only cancel immediately, which would mean I would lose about $60. He said I have to come in at the end of the cycle and then cancel. Well thats right when Im moving and Ive got more to do than drive a half hour to cancel. I asked very nicely to speak to the manager- hoping for such a good customer they could figure something out. The kid at the desk said “he will just say the same thing.”  I asked two more times nicely and waited 20 minutes and this boy just looked at me like I was speaking Martian. And the manager I guess just hid in the back. There is another, cheaper and better car wash right down the street- go there. Public Service Announcement -  I have a monthly membership to Texas Car Wash in Island Park near ace hardware  I noticed my mini was getting flat tires every other month only on the left side of the car.  Last week that I had gone to the carwash and when went to drive away I had a notification on the dashboard that the tire pressure was low. I tried to mention to one of the staff members - but they could not understand me.  YUP another sliced tire . I mentioned this to a friend of mine - who said the same thing happened to her - and another person we know as well, and they paid for the tires.  I called several times to speak to the owner - but got Alex -the cashier who told me the owner was not in.  I called again today and Alex told me he hadn't even mentioned this to the owner - Alex said his name was Mr. Parks.  I have received no call after I've called 3x.  I have never written a disparaging review in my life - even when I have been treated unfairly - because I realize how damaging they can be - and everyone has a bad day once in a while. On top of that - the staff has always been kind and proffessional.  However, in this case - even if he paid for my tires - I think the fact that they have not fixed this problem is horrible. Especially for people who depend on their car for work and family and may not have the money to replace a tire this expensive.  As you know - run flat tires are astronomical.
