I asked for a number 9 WORKS with extra pickles! I got this with a pepper stem ! No lettuce, no tomato, just pickles and not extra even . This is not the first time . Last time I go there pepper stem was cherry on top !
I loved this place!! It was clean and well-organized, plus the staff was incredibly friendly!! The worker who helped me I believe her name was Karina was very patient and helpful! I will definitely be back soon
Stay away from the steak sandwich... I had something really gross and hard like bone in my steak sandwich and I called the store to let them know, but the guy on the phone didn't really seemed concerned. He asked if I wanted a refund and that was about it. I just happy I didn't break a tooth.
Better tasting grilled veggies and meats than Subway infrared mystery meat bits. Classic veggie pocket and #9 steak or chicken still as good as ever. A lot slower than Subway but the grilled taste is worth it. Averages at least 15 minutes quite often to get grilled sub so have patienceDine in: YesTakeout: YesDelivery: Yes
Fast, hot, delicious and the staff is entertaining! Just ask Charlie, he’ll tell you.
Staff was friendly. Place was clean. But 42 dollars for 2 large steak and cheese and 2 small tea is ridiculous. Ordered and nearly fell over when rung up. Do they think they are Abe's Steakhouse.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: YesCurbside pickup: No
Got lunch with my family. Heather was very polite and our food was awesome! Highly recommend!
Reliable consistent sandwiches. Staff seem like they all get along and crank out a ton of sandwiches at lunch time.
Called for lunch. It's not my first time. But they really need to improve their service. First I felt a sense of discrimination based on my english accent. Looking past that, the person taking order didn't even have the patience to receive my order correctly. He/she tried to cut me off multiple times and didn't even ask me any questions on how I want it made. Didn't even let me say I want it toasted. I think D'Angelo thinks too much about itself and thinks that their sandwiches are the best forever..! How foolish. Their sandwiches are barely average. Taste wise also just 1 star because they don't even take the order correctly and churn a rushed up version of my order with multiple things missing and soggy with teriyaki sauce not well made. I have worked the grill before and I was good too. These persons working in D'Angelo don't seem to care about quality or customer experience. And they don't have a clue on how to use the grill.. Very poor experience and my sandwich didn't even have all the things I wanted now was well made not was tasty nor was exactly what I wanted. I hope the manager takes these comments seriously and hopefully next time I'll have a better experience.. Though I may never go there again.
Decent at best. Very high prices just for sandwiches. The counter lady seems to have an attitude, she asked me if I was ready to order the second I walked in, I responded "no I'm still looking at the menu", which seemed to bother her. The broccoli and cheddar soup was terrible and scorching hot for no reason. The place is dilapidated and unclean looking. Not again.
