Went to order some Easter bagels for my family, one of the girls immediately told me they can’t sell me any, there is a sign selling them but she said they might not have enough for the day. I explained to her that she should probably take the sign down because there’s going to be a lot of disappointed people. She walked away without apologizing. I would say that the staff seemed uncaring about the customers at least for my first visit here. There was another girl who took my additional food order, she was very cheerful and happy to help me.
If you want a good bagel in Mansfield, this is the place to go. They have great sandwiches for breakfast and lunch and I've tried most of them. The people are friendly. There was one guy in the early morning though I didn't prefer to have my bagel made by. He was a nice kid but my bagel would not be toasted all the way or made weird, like having only one bagel half buttered but not the other? I chalk that up to experience and it being that they just opened for the day. Either way, I love every sandwich I get from there. If you want to complain about price, literally everything is expensive today. You get a filling sandwich for like 8-10$, that's pretty standard.
Cool weekend specialty bagels, and the sandwich selection is nice. I had a garlic bagel with the Fiesta sandwich without the avocado and it was really good, has a bit of a kick to it with the jalapeño cream cheese and the pepper jack cheese but it's really good. A neat place to go!
I live a stones throw away...The bagels and breakfast sandwiches are great , But the fact that you can't call and order a sandwich is a real inconvenience. Your only options are to either wait 20+ mins by walking in and ordering or use door dash and still have to wait . This place would be a gold mine if they would just take a simple phone order and have more then 1 toaster . Again I really like the food it's getting it that's a problem
Was really excited when Providence Bagel came to town but have been let down since. The service is bad, the store is always dirty, the bagels are too big and too dry, and the bagel sandwiches are meh. Every time I give it another shot, I end up with a toasted bagel that’s still cold and I regret returning. This place repeatedly misses. Wish it were a Bruegger’s!
So the sandwiches are ok, but most of the bagels just taste like a plain bagel . Plus why are the people preparing the food not wearing a hat or other hair covering? Isn't that still a thing?

Oven was broken so nothing hot could be made no sandwiches or bagels at the place with Bagel in the title. Also drink was served not full to the top because they are "almost out of ice", according the the employee. Got the plant energy drink and its literally just cheap flavoring pumped into a low tier "plant energy" drink and it tastes as such. Will not return.
Happy 6th birthday. You are my favorite bagel place around. Very cheap and everyone is helpful. When they are busy they get through the line as quickly as possible.
Ok I love this place and the bagels are great. Awesome creative small business and the staff is incredibly nice. That being said, the absolutely need to figure out a better system. I would rather go to a sit down breakfast than come to a bagel shop and wait 30 minutes for 1 bagel with cream cheese and a bacon egg & cheese on a bagel. Bagels are supposed to be convenient. Hope they can work out the kinks somehow and I wish them the best but do not go here on a time constraint.
