My car broke down on the expressway, and I needed to get it taken care of quickly. It was too far away for me to have it towed to my local mechanic, so the tow truck driver recommended a couple of local mechanics. I contacted D & R Autoworks, and every step of the process was professional, helpful, and inspired confidence in their ability. Their staff communicated clearly, and explained the issues in a way I could easily understand. They also emailed me pictures of the damage with notes on what was wrong and how they intended to repair it. The work was completed according to their cost and time estimates (next day), and they were able to bill the tow truck cost directly, as well, which made the billing process easier for me. I would definitely recommend D & R Autoworks to anyone needing car maintenance or repair.

My family and I have been taking our vehicles to D&R for years, and we enjoy the quality service we have received.  They are reasonably fast for all service, minor and major.  All jobs are competently done, and at a reasonable price (far better than the local dealerships we've used in the past).  Their new location is convenient to get to, they have a nice waiting area, and the complementary loaners & shuttle are very convenient.  D&R is just about the only place I trust to service my vehicles, today.

Totally trust the mechanics. Been taking family cars to these mechanics for almost 30 years, even before the main owners of a service station formed D & R. Totally trustworthy, work on foreign and antique cars  and have some major clients who have a fleet of cars. Extremely professional. Honest about what needs to be worked on. I have recommended them to several of my friends and colleagues.

D & R is the best and most reliable car repair service in the entire North Shore! Don't even think about taking your car anywhere else. They are honest and sincere in their every effort to satisfy every customers needs. They will give your auto an entire inspection and make sure that you never are left in the dark about what is and is not needed to keep your vehicle in top shape! I highly recommend D & R for all that your car will ever need.
