My understanding is that Firestone corporate took over the Deerfield Tire Co/Firestone independent that went out of business at this location. So glad they did. I brought my Ford Raptor there for a tire rotation and complete inspection. The two gentlemen that I worked with were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy in any way. I was not rushed at all. The waiting area was very comfortable. The inspection was so detailed; I am truly impressed. They even let me go out and chat with the Tech about my concerns. No surprises or added charges to the bill. I know where I'll be purchasing my next set of tires.

I had such an easy and great experience here last Friday!! I was able to get my balance, rotation, & wheel alignment all done in a timely and professional way that really worked well near my office. Matt was very thorough and honest which is so key! Thanks guys!!

David is my new go-to guy. He saved me countless dollars and time. (And no they did not pay me to write this review) One of the most honest professionals out there and will tell it like it is with no BS and no needless upsells. I am a skeptic and triple checked what he told me and I am so glad I went with what he recommended. Went out of his way to make my experience an 11/10. If you shop in Deerfield, ask for Dave and trust that honesty is his policy. Thanks again!

Matt and his team at the Deerfield Firestone were awesome! I came in and needed brake work badly. I thought it was all four brakes but was pleased to learn that only the front brakes needed replacement. They also checked and resolved a "check engine light" issue that turned out to be an emissions problem. So glad to have a new Firestone store on the North Shore!

My son went there to get his brakes inspected,They completed the work without his permissionAnd want to bind him to a contract which you did not agree to,People should avoid places like this.
