I was traveling for work and got a flat tire.  Four hours from home and I had no idea where to go.  The hotel recommended Just Tires in Deer Field.  I went in and received the best service.  The team was great!!  They got me up and running in less than 30 minutes.  Very reasonable prices and great customer service.  I would highly recommend Just Tires in Deerfield, Ill every time.  Thank you!!!!

I had tires which were supplied by my employer for my company lease car, this location of Just Tires could not have cared less about my business.  They insisted that I leave the car all day to have the tires replaced, even though the actual work would only take an hour due to the "delays in getting the work approved". My assurance that the work was pre-approved made no difference.  When I finally agreed to bring the car even with the extended duration, I was told they don't make appointments for this type of service, I needed to bring the car and just leave it.  I was also told that even if they did make appointments for tire installation there were none available for 2 days.  I gave up and took my car to Auto Fix in Palatine and was on my way in an hour, lesson learned.  Don't go to Just "Their" Tires unless you want to buy Just Their Overprice Tires.

Bought two new tires two weeks ago. One tire had an extremely small screw. (1/4") They said the tire was no good. They indicated the screw was very long and on an angle to the side wall which was totally NOT true. Went to another store and it was fixed within minutes. Will never shop there again!

I had my car towed here while I was at work to have a slow leak fixed in one of my tires. They instead attempted to tell me that I have 2 "bald" tires and need to replace instead of repairing the slow leak. My car is lightly modified, it has slightly larger tires than OEM; they would not accept nor could understand that I designed my suspension to accommodate the larger tires. In the end, I had no work done and blew out my tire that had the slow leak while driving the car home. Now I need body work and one of the rear lower control arms needs to be replaced. I will never go to this store again after 15 years of being a loyal customer. Shame on you, Just Tires.

After visiting Botanic Garden, in the parking lot noticed a flat tire late afternoon Sunday. After getting turned away by one nearby shop, and finding another shop closed, I got here with half hour remaining till closing time. The guys were totally professional and nice enough to fix my tire in the best way and really saved the day for me. Thanks! Highly recommend this place.
