Best auction in the business. Honest and professional staff. They appreciate their customers and their great promotions throughout the year. They get dealers loyalty from their dedication to the industry. Another note. Everyone in smiling and friendly. Not just the sales office... The lot crew, amin girls, drivers, everyone... You know it is a well run company when EVERYONE is happy! This translates to excellent customer service throughout the auction. Always happy to go to DAA!

Where do I even start? Sadly I must give it at least a one. This establishment is ALL about the bottom dollar. Now obviously a business must make money to strive, but when that is done beyond the extent of caring for the customer that's where you are losing. I own two companies. One is a dealership and I've gone to A LOT of auctions. That being said I at least have a little bit of background as to how these places get ran. Not only have they mistreated me multiple times from multiple people, they have sold me garbage and never take any steps to make things better. I've gotten an older diesel truck that I later realized had an odometer that wasn't working. They told me sorry your outside the 14 days of arbitration. That was day 15. And it was never announced while being sold. They have sold me a SUV that ended up being a salvaged vehicle and notified me AFTER I sold the vehicle. Your welcome customer who bought a pile and now thinks I knew the whole time. They've sold me a car with a punctured gas tank leaking fuel everywhere after I bought it and said sorry it's as is. Take your business elsewhere. Anywhere else

All of the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. My questions were answered before I even knew what to ask. It took all the stress out of a stressful situation. They handled my insurance and arranged a rental for me while my car was being fixed. Great job! I definitely recommend DAA as a great body shop.

Great people, very professional, and this is by far one of the most fun auctions to attend if you are buying or selling. Great job guys!!

In auto sales, integrity is important. We were surprised to discover that longtime employee Bob Smid is involved in a case where he and his wife are set to walk away with 23% of a 96-year-old woman's $1.5 million estate. He is the trustee for the estate, and the original will had the grandchildren's inheritance at 35%. After 4 amendments, Bob and Mary Smid have 23% and the grandchildren have 0%. Bob Smid took the elderly woman out of her retirement home during the worst fires in Spokane history to sign the final amended will. Subsequently, she was hospitalized for smoke inhalation and had to be on oxygen from that point forward. They are not relatives of any kind, simply people that befriended an elderly woman and walked away with nearly a quarter of her estate while her grandchildren were disinherited. He refuses to give an answer to the family about the amended wills, and refused to release the elderly woman's medical records to her family.
