I absolutely had to make this review. I came here on my lunch break from work to get food and of course my all time favorite chocolate peanut butter banana shake. I was so amazed, astonished, grateful.....you name it by JOE at the register. Completely 100% qualifying customer service skills right there. Good hire, I wanna give whoever hired him a smooch. My advice to other employees BE LIKE JOE!!!!! It's so hard these days to find good customer service. I walk in places and most employees don't smile, say hello, don't make eye contact just look completely miserable. Well Joe went over and beyond in my book and was very helpful and friendly. As I'm wrapping this up cause I have to go back into work, I just wanna say JOE deserves a raise and promotion. Thank you, I'll be back soon!@@@

Very Happy With Service. 5 Buck Lunch Is Amazing Deal and Blizzards Are Filling and Satisfying. Staff Is Beyond Friendly and Accomodating. One Young Lady There Named Madison Was Especially Helpful In Making Me Feel Welcome Before Getting My Meal. 

P.S Crispy Chicken Is Amazing

Came in on Thursday with my kids and there was a slight hiccup with my order. Ordered a couple kids meals, but they missing the kid’s fries. They were pretty busy so not a big deal. I asked for them and Madison was very courteous and apologetic and got me my order right away. Food was very good, loved the chili dogs, came out fast.

Grace is the worst! I had ordered a cup of water, however while waiting on my food, I started feeling faint, and there was a line or I would have waited to pay for a soda, however I had my one year old on my hip and needed sugar ASAP. I put a little sprite in the cup, she comes and grabs it out of my hand and throws it away and hands me a water stating” this is water cup, not a cup for soda” . I’ve never been treated so badly in my life.
