Story

Pinnacle Pets is a family owned and operated luxury pet resort. We provide exceptional indoor and outdoor play yards featuring K-9 grass® to cushion joints and paws. Play spaces include air conditioned/shaded areas, wading pools, doggie playground equipment, constant human supervision and optional splash pad playtime for water lovers. Our overnight accommodations offer a choice of Base Camp Suites or Luxury Suites with webcams and televisions. Our facility comes with the security and comfort of a 24/7 human attendant.

I watched my Brady and Bruno often during their week long stay and I was never once concerned about them.  They were always content and having a great time!  

I have and will continue to recommend Pinnacle Pets to all of my family and friends.  It's so great to know my pups are so well taken care of while I'm away on business and/or just a, much needed, vacation.

They will be back next month and I'm sure they will be happy to return for another week!  

I want to thank all the staff at Pinnacle Pets for truly caring for them as if they were you very own pets!!

I cannot say enough about how positive our experience has a been with the team here.

Our two dogs are rescues and can be a little defensive around new people. Alex and her team took Lily and Bailey in as if they were  their own. The love attention and patience they employed to build a relationship with them has been incredible. 

These people know what they are doing and I applaud their efforts to create such a wonderful, safe and positive experience for the pets that watch over.

I can't say enough about the wonderful experiences we have had with Pinnacle Pets. The daily report cards and photos go above and beyond-- we are so impressed with the level of thought and detail that they put into Cooper's stay... we felt so good about the care that he was receiving that we were able to enjoy our getaway without worry. When we picked him up he was excited to see us but calm and relaxed, not frantic and nervous like he had been at other daycare and boarding facilities. Which just goes to show the great care and comfort he received. I have and will continue to recommend Pinnacle Pets to any and all pet owners!

This place is very nice. They communicate well and took very good care of our dog, Mop. I would highly recommend them if you need day care or boarding for your dog. Great place

I will not take my babies anywhere else but here.  They love coming here and I know they are safe and well taken care of.
