They gave my dog literally the strangest hair cut I have ever seen. I spent time explaining to the employee what I needed and then I saw my dog later and they had literally done the opposite. I have my dog cut at different groomers, including a different PetSmart, and have never had an issue. I will definitely be using someone else in the future!

I have a new puppy and she goes to the vet and groomer here. They are friendly and helpful. Her vet is amazing and informative. She has a groomer I just love,Jordan, she makes my puppy Molly look perfect!! Thanks to everyone who makes us feel so welcome.

Location is well stocked and clean. Customer service really needs work.  Rarely can find help and a lot of the times I'm waiting for a cashier to check me out I don't see anyone around.

Good selection of everything pet related.  Knowledgeable and helpful staff when they are not busy. Seems under staffed at times because of customer volume

Only giving one star because zero isn’t an option. Took our dog here for grooming as we’ve had good experiences at the Petsmart we previously lived near. It appears the groomer tried to do the exact opposite of what we specifically requested (short on the back, don’t trim the beard, etc). My dog now looks horrendous.  AVOID the groomer here. I would have paid double somewhere else had I known this would be the result. Terrible service and certainly won’t be back
