They are very rude at the energy assistance program on floor 2 very unprofessional ghetto talk about the customers just very rude!!!

The hispanic lady in the second front desk is the most RUDEST person ever . Every time i go i hate having to talk to her .. makes u feel stupid and just doesnt want to do her job ! She makes the whole place look bad !

They need to have a meeting with this people definitely the one that seat at the second desk with the sign in sheet in lord the caseworker are horrible when I'm up there turn paper they ghetto talking about personal info have no client and the office but can't never answer the phone or reply back from the vm everybody need to be fired it doesn't make any senses the only dept seem like they do there job is the inspection crew

They are very unprofessional. Workers walk around with attitudes like they are better than anyone else. Especially the chick that sits at the second sign in she is rude as hell. They don't answer when you call, you leave voice mails only to never get a call back, ugh. They ALL NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING AND PROFESSIONALISM ON HOW TO INTERACT WITH THE PUBLIC BECAUSE THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!
