If you're Hispanic, better hope a Hispanic worker attends you. Some of these workers are RACIST!!! My gf reapplied for SNAP and was told by the first agent everything is fine, all she needed was a proof of employment form filled out by a previous employer. So we came back with the form filled out, a different lady sees her and accuses her of having a STOLEN SOCIAL AND FAKE STATE ID!!! JUST BECAUSE SHE DIDNT HAVE HER BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITH HER!! SHE APPLIED BEFORE WITHOUT HER BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND GOT BENEFITS!!! SHE EVEN SAID SHE NEVER SHOWED UP TODAY IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! WE'VE BEEN THERE SINCE 9:30AM!!! Just go somewhere else, it may be worth the longer drive...

Horrible operator, called for some info clarification and she was very RUDE! if you're not happy with your job get on somewhere, nobody needs your damn negativity, leave that at the door when you walk in to your job if not stay your ass home. it's a customer service call, not the drive thru get it together honestly. people stay salty
