On Good Friday, I didn’t have work scheduled and I wanted to take my chances to get a passport. People warned me that it would be super busy and I’d be there all day. I parked, walked over, and went through security. Once you enter through security, you’ll see a hallway on your right, walk all the way to the end and the passport office is down there. I arrived at 850a and there was about 6 people ahead of me. Once I got in and a few other people, the gentleman that works there said what we needed and if we don’t have it, to come back once it’s in our possession. He also said that passport renewals cannot be done in person, it has to be by mail. By 910a, there was a really long line behind me. With my picture being taken and submitting my forms, I was out by 920a. If you fill out the form online, it’s super easy. It will generate the proper form for you, I lost my passport, so I had to submit 2 forms. Since I filled it in online, it copied the duplicate information in there. It also tells you the exact fees. For the fee, you have to have a check or money order. They don’t accept card or cash. So keep that in mind when you have to go in to the office.

Staff is friendly and the service itself was fast. I went in as a walk in. Arrived at 8:25 a.m. and there were about 5 people already in line. I didn't realize they only took checks or money orders for the passport books, but the clerk was nice enough to let me know where I could get a money order. I went a flew blocks down to get my money order at a 7-11 and came back and had my application submitted as well as my my photo taken and I was out before 9:00 a.m. Easiest thing I've ever gotten done in downtown. I will include that my driver's license was recently issued last month so I did have to present my social security card in addition to my driver's license.

Fast and friendly service. I was there for less than 20 mins. That includes taking my infants picture, he was not cooperating. Thank you so much for the amazing service!!!

Spent a total of 15 mins in and out. Process was quick and easy. You can print application ahead of time. Take a copy of your birth certificate. Check or money order to pay for passport. Drivers license is required. Total spent was a little over $150. For passport, photo and processing. Get there early if possible to avoid long lines. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for standard shipping.
