The city has many processes and this place is no different. The zoning office is easy to navigate and the employees are very helpful. Over time they actually become sort of like friends and have a good memory with names. It can take sometime to get in and out of the building but that's only due to our increasing population of Dallas. Everyone is very busy. Make sure you come prepared and do some research on your task before coming so you don't have to make multiple trips!! They are serious about the processes lol
Mr. Small, Ms. Keith and the rest of the Development team just want to help small business work through the permit process. Good team!

Many of the staff there are arrogant dark-skinned people and the same Hispanics are there, not all of them but the majority.
