I absolutely have loved my previous wedding ring, however, the diamond set so high & with it being a princess cut, I was constantly scratching my two young boys. I checked around multiple places in Dallas to figure out the best option for getting a new ring. I decided to venture out with both kids in tow today, & strolled on into Dallas Diamonds (literally, I had a stroller.) I was pleasantly helped by Tiffany as she opened the doors for me, and inside discovered lovely staff members, warm smiles, and multiple compliments about my minions. My one year old was humming quite loudly. After taking a look at my ring, they told me to pick out a few options for what I would like to get and they would see what they could do. After choosing a handful that I liked, the owner, Dallas, was totally down to earth and gave me multiple fair options for those I had chosen. Tiffany was a joy to work with as well. With Christmas around the corner, my goal was to walk out without spending anything out of pocket. That is exactly what I did! I gave them mine, they sized my finger (it needs to be a little smaller) and are doing the sizing free of charge! I'll be picking it up on Monday after work! No more scratching the boys! Yay! I highly recommend them, they were truly a joy to work with, and I am in love with my new ring.

Amazing customer service! I was welcomed with smiles from the moment I walked in! Even though I wasn’t there to buy anything today they took the time to really talk to me and explain the value of gold and diamonds and even showed me the difference in diamonds under the microscope. I was very impressed and will definitely return and send my friends! They have some beautiful jewelry and very well priced!

My wife and I upgraded our wedding bands. Great custom job. Thank you Dallas and team for the experience will always come back. Again Prefect job and fast.

I would like to start off with great customer service. As soon as we opened the the door, they greeted us with a great smile. They have great pricez as well. I was looking for a promise ring, wasn't sure what I was going to find. They helped me with great customer service and I have to say. I'm very happy with what I bought. Thanks again Dallas diamonds you guys are great!

I came here intending on just getting my family necklace fixed. But I fell in love. Not only did I receive an awesome price but I found the love of my life engagement ring. I highly recommend this place. Great people!
