Spent 30 seconds in this store and had the exact same experience as the other reviews. If you're going to overpay for tile at least have good customer service.

I would not go back to Daltile if they gave me every tile in the store completely FREE !!  Customer service does not exist at this store.  I called ahead to determine the tile I needed was available.  I waited 15 minutes while the sales person attended to another customer and 3 other sales persons chatted together in another room.  At no time did any person from the store say "hello, someone will be with you shortly".  The sales person finished waiting on the person who was there before me and completely ignored me and went to join the other sales persons in another room to chat and look at pictures on their phones No one else was in the store but. I might as well have been invisible. Finally, after realizing that nobody in the store had any intention in helping me, I decided to leave the store.  I mention to the group of sales persons, that in 25 minutes not one person had acknowledged my presence in the store.  Their response : "next time make an appointment"   I went across the street to Best Tile( Amanda in sales) where the service was above and beyond excellent!

Same as the other persons experience. If you do not make an appointment they treat you with disregard and look at you as an annoyance. Retail sales at its lowest. I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
