I had two windows replaced, both of them relatively large.  The estimate was $1000+ less than their competitors, it was provided with a very quick turn around, and both were installed a month earlier than expected.  I'm very satisfied with the craftsmanship and professionalism.

Get multiple estimates. Came to give me an estimate, seems like a nice guy but took over a month to give me the quote. Quoted me about $10,000 for a job I eventually got another gutter company to do for about $1500! (Granted, no gutter helmet) And yes, that other company did a great job.

Called to schedule an estimate 2 weeks ago and was told a representative would call me shortly. A week later I had to call again to let them know I had not received a call. During this call they scheduled an estimate. Just prior to the estimate, they called to confirm the appointment and I let them know that I would not be present for the estimate, as any other exterior home service I was not required to be present. It is a simple 30 feet gutter job. When I told them I would not be present they responded that this is not acceptable, that I had to be present and I was promptly hung up on. Not rescheduled or anything, just hung up on. I rarely leave reviews, however hopefully this can help the company learn an error in their process of customer service. Had an estimate done from Gutterking in East Amherst and the job will be completed tomorrow.

broke something and didnt take responsibility, did not replace a downspout where my rain barrel was, never got a complete statement of my bill and no return calls
