Today Jerry and Chris installed a new boiler and hot water tank for us. I was amazed and impressed that as they walked in our house they put down cardboard and canvass tarps to protect all areas of my home prior to beginning any work. They worked throughout the day and into the evening ( we had a very old boiler and needed all new parts) Poor Jerry was the one selected to go under our house as we don't have a basement and he crawled in and out of our crawl space turning off water & drilling holes. These young men were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the water route to me and how the water is pumped from the boiler throughout the system. They even helped load the boiler and hot water tank into my husband's truck so we could scrap them. I couldn't be more pleased and will recommend Emerald to everyone we know! Marty Sheehan obviously takes care in who he hires and trains his people very well. Excellent service ! Excellent products! A tremendous value!

Yesterday we had a new furnace installed by Jerry. He was professional, informative and answered every question I asked with confidence which put me at ease. I was very pleased with his work and with his clean up of the basement. I will recommend your company to my family and friends.

I turned on my air for the first time this season and it made a horrible sound. It just so happened that Emerald Heating & Cooling was doing some work right next door! The serviceman took a minute to listen to my unit and said the compressor was going. I called and someone came that evening and checked it out and told me the problem. An estimate was done and an install date was set up. They are so accommodating! Matt & Jerry did the installation. They were very professional and answered all my questions. They also did a great job cleaning up the work area. I would absolutely recommend this company!!

Joe knows his stuff! He was methodical in solving my mysterious furnace problem. Now, thanks to him, we have heat for the first time in 5 days! Thanks Joe and Emerald!

This is my first time with Emerald - Mark gave a confirmation call prior to the appointment and was early. He was very thorough - my furnace has never been serviced - and explained everything that he saw. I will not hesitate to contact Emerald in the spring to service my A/C unit.
