My wife bought a vehicle from DAM Auto and the first time she took it for a test drive it had to be jumped but the guys at DAM said they would test the battery and replace it if need be. A couple months later the vehicle died on my wife and had to be towed to DAM for repairs. A month later I was driving the car and it died on me, we towed it back to DAM they informed me that they think it needed a fuel pump but they couldn't confirm that. A week later after a new fuel pump was installed the car died on me yet again, another towing fee, this time I went straight to the mechanic and had a conversation with him and I learned that he never hooked it up to a code reader. Being the nice guy that I am I left my car with DAM for 2 weeks to let them hook it up to a code reader and my father in law asked them to test the battery and they said that they would and they would replace the battery if need be. After 2 weeks time I called them and asked what they learned, the mechanic had informed me that he couldn't get a code and he doesn't know why it is dying, he did suggest that I take it to a tire shop and see if they can pull up a code and to bring that information back to DAM so that they can do the work. So I took it to a tires, tires, tires and within 30 minutes they told me the battery is shot and the fuel pump doesn't sound right... They were able to get a code but informed me that the best course of action is to get a new battery and replace the fuel pump again. I spoke with the DAM mechanic about the battery and he informed me that they never tested the battery and replacing it for free isn't the way they do business. I wouldn't recommend DAM Auto to my worst enemy.

This is the best, friendliest place to go.  They will work with you no matter what,,,,,even to just fix your vehicle,,,or to sell you what you want
