Kemna Auto of Fort Dodge, IA went above and beyond call of duty. They are truly about CUSTOMER service! I had a fluke problem with radiator on a Saturday afternoon. Kemna worked with my dealership where I purchased my Enclave from to get my vehicle to Kemna repair shop and drove a loaner car to me to use for the week as I previous obligations. On Monday the service department called asked questions about the issue and got right to work to get parts to fix the problem. They had it fixed by Wednesday. When I dropped off loaner and picked up my Enclave the staff was professional and actually took time to make sure I was happy with all aspects of service. I was very impressed how quickly, professionally they handled the situation and they constantly kept in contact with me. I will be doing all Buick business with Kemna Auto!!! Thank you for helping me.

Great experience. I walked  onto the lot knowing I was getting a 2016 Malibu.  Kirk listened to what I wanted and answered all the questions I had to choose the right one for me. He took the time after the purchase and even took time in the following week to help me with a few questions. Tammy was good to check in on how things were going. Robin made the actual purchasing a breeze. I didn't realize buying a car could be so easy and stress free. This week I went to get Nitrogen in my tires and Ross was happy to help even though I barely needed any Nitrogen in the tires.  Great customer service.

Shane and Eric did a fantastic job locating the car my wife wanted. The deal was easy to make and the car perfect.  Tom found the financing and also an extra $500 in Chevy rebates.  I also know that Jared in service will see to any of our needs on that end..Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

I highly recommend GMC Kemna of Fort Dodge!  They will treat you like a family member. Ask for Kirk Lemon to help you find you the vehicle of your dreams. He’ll make magic happen and work to your benefit. It’s important to have a straight shooter when working with a dealer. He is honest, super friendly, and ready for a good laugh!  He’ll treat you like he would a family member of his. Tell him I sent you. He’ll give you a discount if you mention my name, too!  The Kemna family all walked in and surprised me with a huge discount worth thousands when they found out I was buying the car for a Haiti young man who will be living with us while he attends college. Of course, we all got teary  eyed and I blubbered like a baby. Now, that’s family!  Stop and you will be so surprised at the positively great experience. Kemna GMC Rocks!  So does my 2016 Chevy Equinox!  Love it and my new family!  Sue
