I ignored the bad reviews from this place and I should’ve really just went with my instincts. I went in on Monday of last week, the salesman said we could get a car in our situation having bad credit and all. I put down a thousand because they said they can work with that, it took a whole week for them to tell me if my application with finance went through. On Friday they said that I was approved and needed 2 thousand dollars more. So I put that down and they were so sure I was going to get the car. The manager even advised to go ahead and get the car insured. So I did after being there so long on Friday they said that they needed to override a part on my application for finance and that the person who can do that was gone for the day come back Monday. At this point we said Monday we were going to come back for the car or the money this is taking too long. We get a call in the morning saying we are good to go and they got the car ready. We get there and it was a lie I still wasn’t approved and now they’re trying to sale me a cheap car. I said no I would just like my money back. They said well come back till 5 o’clock. My husband wasn’t having that he demanded the money now they said they will call the police on us, so we called the police. The police already knew about the way they operate he said to just go some where else this place is known for this, it’s their job he said. They brought out the check for my 3,000 and gave it to the police. So these people had the check the whole time and didn’t want to give me back my money. After the argument it took 5 minutes for the police to arrive, but when the police arrived they all of a sudden had my check, the check they told me to come back and get at 5 o’clock. Wow! Don’t ever go here! I ignored the reviews because of my husband, but the reviews don’t lie.

This is a better dealership. Not happy that when we bought a car they ran our credit way more than told or authorized. It was like 15 credit in-curries that we were not expecting. When confronted the salesman he said no just ran one but it isn't that on my credit. Be aware and make sure you know before you buy. They have a great service department though.

I have been going here for 7yrs and every time have had excellent service.  They are friendly and explain everything they do so you understand.  Will always have my car serviced my here.

Bought my 2006 Sonata here. They have always been willing to listen and then explain the repairs to me. I don't feel they have ever taken advantage of me! Love this dealership!!
