Boomer in finance, Shawn the sales manager and Griffin from sales were outstanding at helping us find the best possible car at the best possible price. They were so patient with all of our questions and reassured us every step of the way. So glad we decided to come here and as an extra, the buyer was referred and there is a referral bonus! The entire team was so accommodating of our constraints with time and budget and stayed past closing to close the deal! They found a car that met all of our needs for the right monthly payment. They were honest and upfront about every aspect and so thorough. I will be recommending Shottenkirk to all of my friends, family and coworkers.

We have always been a Ford family.  We stopped at Shottenkirk to look at a van we had viewed on line.  It was clear early on, that customer satisfaction is a priority at the store.  They listened to our needs, and our wants.  They presented us with options and were very clear in their explanations.  We have had dealings with many dealerships in town and have often been mislead and let down.  That was not the case here.  Griffin and Paul were great!  They were very patient.   Griffin was the last to leave.  We decided to make a purchase at the end of a long day.  They took care of paperwork, detailing, and setting everything up. It was nice to have a company who cares about each client and wants to earn and retain business.  We will definitely look to Shottenkirk in the future for our car buying needs!  Thanks again for a great experience.

Thank you to Tiffany, Shawn, Matt and Pat (and anyone else on the team I might have missed) for being so patient with us and spending so much time helping us feel comfortable with a purchase for our daughter. She means the world to us, so it was important to know she was getting the best for her very first car purchase. It's an overwhelming process for anyone. I'm very pleased to upgrade this rating to 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟🌟. Thank you Team Shottenkirk!

BEST service department by far. They have always treated me fair (sometimes more than fair) and make me feel like a valued customer. When I first bought my car I was told how this dealership was more like a "family" which I figured is what every dealer says. For Shottenkirk it rings true. I thankful I bought my car from them.

My boyfriend and I went in for an oil change and left with a brand new 2018 Equinox. Our journey started with Sam who was there for us from start to finish. He stayed true to our wishes, and ONLY showed us the vehicles we wanted, not the other way around. Sam was not pushy, nor overbearing and made us feel comfortable from the get go. Once we found our car and worked out the details we were then introduced to Pat and Boomer. Both of these guys went to bat for us, and not only got us a great interest rate, but also got us the payment we asked for. I couldn't believe how wonderful this entire experience was. I absolutely, beyond a shadow of doubt, will do all of my business with Shottenkirk Chevrolet in Waukee from now on. Great job guys. Thank you so much.
