Dan’s Discount in Fort Walton Beach, has wonderful customer service. I have bought many items from there and each time they always say Hi to me when I come in, they take the time to talk to you, they take the time to explain things about the item that they are selling, they are very knowledgeable about the items that they sell. The staff is so kind, when I come in with my kids they always restart the cartoon movies on the big screen, so they can also have a pleasant visit too.
I would highly recommend this place to other people! The store is also neat and tidy and it is also very organized!

I usually do a lot of business with Dan’s but today they lost me as a customer! I will never shop there again! I waited in there ten minutes to be helped and every associate walked passed me instead of helping me.  An associate even called out more people from the back and no one would help me! I will shop there again! And for the one associate that looked at me crazy, never judge a book by its cover. I was going to purchase a TV and to cameras, I had money to spend but you were more worried about hanging out with your home boy!

This is by far one of my favorite Pawn shops here in town. The staff is AMAZING, always friendly and the facilities cleanliness is by far a 10. New and used materials they sell or buy. You can't go wrong with Dan's.

Wonderful place to do business. I've purchased my wedding set, and now watches. Emily  is a treasure! This place is well worth our drive every time!
