Staff was knowledgeable and nice! Had very nice selection of jewelry and watches. One of the few places that has a licensed gemologist which is hard to find here on the coast. Brian is the gemologist but there was another knowledgeable fella behind the counter and he was awesome! He took a general interest in what I had to say and that kind of service is what makes ppl want to come back. Especially when the customer feels welcomed and at ease. Thats how I felt. Overall experience with this shop was an A+++ This company literally rocks!!!

This place is awesome. I've brought my dad's and husband's watch here for repair. Both were done within same day. Awesome pricing. Super friendly. Wonderful service. Highly recommend.

I took a Citizen Eco Drive watch in for a crystal replacement on Dec. 15 2015, he said it should be done in about a week. After about 2 weeks I contacted him to check the status of the watch. He said he had to get citizen to send him a different crystal because he didn't have one that fit. So I waited again. After another couple of weeks I checked back and he said he had to send it off to Citizen to have it fixed. So again I have to wait. I paid him a visit the first week of March and asked him the status of my watch. He stated that Citizen sent him back the watch without fixing it because his tax ID was not on file/wrong, so he said  he corrected his tax ID address  and sent the watch to them again. Here it is April 5th 2016 and still no word on my watch. It is starting to look like maybe my watch has been lost or misplaced. This has got to be the worst service I have ever received when dealing with any kind of service based company. Says he will follow up with a phone call, but seems like I'm the one making all the contact.

If it works out that it really is Citizens fault, I will revise this review. 

***UPDATE*** I received my watch back on 21 April, 4 months after turning it in. I received the bill for $100 in repairs, 40 of which was prepaid. I picked up the watch and went home. I looked over the watch and found that the chronograph didn't work, so I figured the watch was not charged enough to operate it. After 2 full days of charging it still does not work. I looked over the repair bill and found that the watch was shipped to them with bent and broken hands and missing parts. When I turned it in, the only thing wrong with it was a cracked crystal. This merchant played it off as though it was my fault, and I had to pay for his mistakes and damages..
