My assistant took my bracelet to have a clasp replaced to match the other side and Mike put a chain on it instead.  The chain catches on material but the mere fact that my wishes were to match the other side, and HE chose to do what HE wanted, rather than what I requested.  I was charged over $45 and didn’t get what I wanted.  I’m not even wearing it now, sad. Will not go back.

Excellent Service with friendly owner.  Ring was repaired quickly, faster than the estimated time required and estimated price was reduced as he had the required parts on hand.   Outstanding local business!!

I am really glad I found this place :). They were so kind, welcoming, and helpful!! They fixed my necklace and bracelet for a very reasonable cost, and were better than all of the other shops I had previously been to. I will definitely go back. I am not sure of their names, but they did a wonderful job and I'm so relieved to have my jewelry fixed. This is the only place I will go to from now on, even if I am out of the state. I live in another state, but will mail my jewelry to them if I have to :). I highly recommend Diamond Works and will continue to spread the word. Thanks so much.

Great place,  great owners & staff. You don't have to worry about your jewelry being tampered with (happened to my close friend & several others she knew at another store-their diamonds were stolen & replaced w/fakes :( )  fast turn around & have state of the art equipment so Mike can do things other stores can't. Great inventory. Go to Diamond Works, you'll be glad you did
