This place is ridiculous. Dont waste your time bringing your clothes here. They turn away more than half of what people bring in and the stuff they do take in, they pay pennies on the dollar. Its sick! Save yourself a headache. Take your stuff elsewhere. Sheesh Platos!. Maybe if you actually did what you say you do and treat/pay people a reasonable amount and with respect your ratings would be a 5.0

Definitely a wide selection of clothing and well organized. If you’re looking for name brands but don’t want to lay the full price, this is definitely the place to go. Large variety if sizes for everybody.

Just discovered Plato's Closet! Love it. I bought about $600 worth of clothes for $143. And a couple of the items were brand new with tags on it, never having been worn before.

So for the first time I went to this store yesterday and I brought 2 bags full of clothes and 3 handbags with me. They said they'll only take 2 of my handbags for about $17-18 which is totally fine. I had a good shopping experience and enjoyed the wide variety they had to offer, but I was very disappointed when I got home. I was organizing my clothes which they had given back to me and I could not find 2 of my jean shorts anywhere. I'm not sure if they had lost it in the process or if they had taken it without telling me, but I am upset with what has happened and hope something can be resolved from this.

Oh my! What a wonderful first impression! I called the store to get some information today, and the young lady who answered the phone was more than helpful! She was friendly, cheerful, respectful, and knowledgeable. Sometimes that first impression makes the life long customer. Good job!
