This experience with Chris and Logan should be ten star if it were possible.  How many people really know anything about water heaters,   or about the most recent products that better answer the customer's needs ? Well, your company sent me , not a product, but professional customer service that was more important at the moment. My questions were answered with patience, knowledge that was obvious, and his desire to get me happy with hot water again. In this day and time, customer service of that caliber is appreciated......as it is not always found in the sales forces today. And, more importantly,.....my wife is happy.
