The guy that came was very nice, answered all of our questions, got right to work, did what it took to fix the issue the best he could. Ordered a camera scan to look into the pipes leading to the street. The guy said he may be able to make it at 6:00 p.m. that night however was unable to make it. So now we wait to see when he can come next week. So AT this point we are unable to use our tub/shower due to back up issues. So all in all I can only give them a 3 as the issue was not fixed 100°/° and then now have to wait for the second guy to come to use camera to look at the inside of the pipes.

We hired Roto-rooter for a clogged basement floor drain that was back flowing into the house. They said a technician would be available within 2 hours on the first call. The technician was available within closer to 2.5 - 3 hours later, which was still a bit better than I had expected. The technician we had was Robert #2954. He was very nice and informative. He was talkative but explained what he was doing. He gave recommendations for future repairs. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the labor price was very expensive. The job took maybe 2 hours and to clear the drain, he had to snake it out. The cost was $400. No new parts were needed, just unclogging.

They came quickly and Terry (4134) was so PROFESSIONAL, POLITE. Plus got the job done quickly. Terry explained what he was doing before he did it, and told us the price right up front no hidden fees. I would recommend Terry for anybody.

Service was completed very efficiently. The technician sooner than we anticipated and was able to quickly diagnosis and fix the drainage issue we were having. He also suggested maintenance ideas to prevent reoccurrence. Great service for a very reasonable price, especially on a Sunday afternoon!

Terry #4134 - was excellent. Explained what was happening with our floor drain. Gave us the estimate - all good - went to work. Took time afterwards to explain his work...no more overflowing drain. Thanks for the great work.
