I'm a new, first-time homeowner who had the joy of waking to 6 inches of water in my finished basement after a heavy storm. Being new to homeownership and Kenosha I Googled a plumber and went with first good rated one I found. As it turned out, that plumber knew by my description that I would need my sewer line cleaned out, but their 'auger' was broken. So the plumber I called recommended I call Eono instead. I thought if the competition recommends them, they must be pretty good. And sure enough, they were! From that first phone call to the handshake at the end, these guys were friendly, professional and most important to me, totally willing to explain what was happening: how my drainage system worked, why it wasn't at the moment, and what they would do to fix it. David set to work and got the sewer line and my drains opened up in about 20 minutes. Then he cleaned up the area where he worked. My issue was quickly remedied, the guys I interacted with were friendly and professional, and the price was right. Working with these guys was the highlight of an otherwise rough day. I hope I don't have reason to see them again anytime soon! No question that they will be my first and only call if I do.

Fantastic! couldn't be happier with their work. They explained exactly what they were going to do and gave me a estimate for the work. I was able to watch what they were doing and they answered all of my questions as they proceeded to unclog the drain tiles. Problem was solved, no more water in my basement. Awesome work, very friendly guys to work with. Saved me thousands $$.
