He is a premier San Diego cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgeon who helps people look and feel their best. He serves his patients in two Cosmetic Plastic Surgery & Skin Care Clinic locations: the main office in La Jolla and the Coronado satellite office. I got my augmentation years ago. Dr brown was very nice and seemed professional. Unfortunately now that a few years have passed I started noticing issues of severe pain and my implants sitting wrong. I soon Began to not even be able to wear a normal bra due to the pain and couldn't even lay in my left side. I no longer live in CA and went to a surgeon in the state that I live in. After a consultation I decided to fix them. I'm so glad I did. The recovery has been horrible due to the amount of damage that needed to be fixed internally from my previous augmentation. I see so many good reviews and I don't doubt them and so happy for those who have had wonderful results. But I just felt that I needed to share mine now that I continue to recover from my reconstructive surgery and after paying almost triple to fix the mistakes that were made.

Oh wow!!! From the moment I walked in, i felt relieved because i didn't need to see other surgeons. Dr. Brown is just a surgeon from God, he has an eye to create an art. I could've not been happier. It took me 2 min to realize that no other doctor will be doing my surgery. I felt home when I got into their office. I actually came with my friend and she went with another doctor but my results were much better. I have such a natural look proportioned to my body. My surgery all together took only an hour! Jackie ( anesthesiologist) has an amazing touch, I didn't even feel the shot ;) Melanie ( Dr. Brown's coordinator), thank you so much for being so helpful and working your magic in accommodating me in my time frame! I will recommend Dr. Brown at any time. There's a reason he has 5 stars and perfect reviews.

I consulted a number of doctors in the San Diego area, and Dr. Brown (and his staff) was by far the most informative and welcoming. I immediately felt at ease chatting with him, and Melanie and Amber were absolutely amazing with their follow-up efforts and honest responses. Highly recommend.

I had a Bellasoma breast reduction and lift with Dr. Brown. I had not heard of the surgery until I came to Dr. Brown’s office for a consultation. He is one of the few surgeons in the country performing this procedure and I must tell you he is a very gifted and caring surgeon! When I was looking for a surgeon, I did my homework. I wanted someone who mostly performed reduction, lifts and reconstructive surgeries- not implants. These surgeries are more difficult and take experience and precision. That’s why I decided on Dr. Brown. When I decided on a reduction/lift I knew about the scars, when he told me about the Bellasoma method and reduced scars, I didn’t know how that was possible. I’m a nursing student and I understand what it takes to do a breast lift and the purpose of the incisions. But when he explained this new Bellasoma method procedure, it made sense. Not only that, but the results are amazing! I had been a DDD to E and he reduced me down to a D, with breasts I had not had in years with very little scarring! And your care should not end with the surgery, his aftercare is exceptional. I also cannot say enough about his staff. They are all so caring and professional! Any concerns or questions I had were answered right away, they are very accessible. I am very glad I chose Dr. Brown. He is performing state of the art surgery with experience and precision. He cares about your results!!!! You only have one set of breasts, don’t trust them to just anyone!
