Vicki has been my insurance agent for at least a decade and I couldn't be more pleased. I trust her knowledge and expertise completely. Upon returning to Georgia she did advise me that I could get a better price going with other agencies but I chose not to do that. I decided I would rather pay extra knowing that I was going to get the best possible attention and customer service from her. I knew that she was going to look out for me in the short and long run and get the very best prices/quotes for me and she has done just that.

Recently moved from California and needed GA insurance to obtain my plates. Before seeing the wonderful folks at Waggoner Insurance Agency, my previous insurance carrier in CA put me in contact with an underwriting company that wasn't helpful and gave me an insurance quote double what I now currently have. I lost trust and became leery about finding something that worked for me. After my CA agent recommended seeing an agent out here, a quick Google search with many positive reviews led me to Waggoner Insurance Agency! Waggoner spent time helping find the best option for me. They earned my trust and business. I appreciate the warm welcome, the excellent customer service, and the feeling of trust as well as peace of mind that I have an agent who has my back! I was well-served by this great agency for many years. Anytime I reached out to Vicki, I got an immediate and thorough response. She is great to deal with and I strongly recommend anyone to look at their rates and top-notch service
