We go to Daphnes on a fairly regular basis. I usually call in an order for a family meal. Last night, after a busy week, I stopped in with my toddler to order and pick up a family pack. We waited 45 minutes. There was no mention of a long wait when we ordered and I would have left had I known. The gal at the front felt bad when I complained and gave us a cookie. I understand that they were busy, but I ordered gyro meat, rice and vegetables. Not exactly something that needs to be crafted for us individually. I assumed it was just a scoop and go order. I will definitely think twice about going back. Unfortunate, because I was glad to have it as a quick and healthier family option. 45 minutes with no forthcoming communication is just too long.

I'll stick to Luna Grill. Same price but you get better quality and double the portion at Luna. Very disappointed. I used to love daphnes

Food was on point today but the best part was the very friendly service from Kenya. She was wonderful and took care of customers and kept a smile on her face. Very awesome employee!

2 stars on value to include overall experience & wait time. Seems to be running inefficiently during a very busy lunch hour. One cook, one cashier, one busser. I waited over 20 mins for my order which was hardly what I'd expect out of a fast food type establishment. $18 for 2 gyros and a drink. Bit overpriced for what we got in my opinion. Food quality itself was 4-5 stars although I had to eat in the car since my lunch break was eaten up by the long wait.
