Excellent service from Justin taking care of a virus. We've used Data Doctors for years for both home and business computers and have always had excellent service and great results. Highly recommend them!

Excellent, excellent service!!! We presented a very complex challenges to them. One was a Mac computer needing to be taken apart and given more RAM. Keep in mind the Mac we have is not designed to be taken apart, not by the average user at least. When finished, the computer was running faster than we've ever seen it. They saved us 1000's of dollars from having to buy a new Mac. They also helped take a 2013 PC and up date it into a 2017 monster! It's running so incredibly fast with all the latest software. Yet again, they saved us a lot of money from having to buy a new PC. And most of all, none of our data was lost on either computer, all our original setting were in place. We didn't have to mess with anything (e.g. device settings, email, internet, etc). We just plugged them in and both computers moved like lightening, Thank you Data Doctors!

I took my laptop in for removal of a virus. They kept my computer for 5 full days. When I went to pick it up, they said if I sign up for their Quality Care service for $14.95/mo., I would get a $25 discount on the bill ($279.) I remember being told I could try it out and cancel if I didn't think it was valuable to me. I agreed. Less than 30 days later, I got another virus. They said they would need the computer another 4-5 days. I called a competitor and they did it over the phone right then. I called the corporate office to cancel the service and was told for the first time it was a 1 year contract and there was a $45 cancellation fee. I objected and did not want to pay anything extra. They said when I agreed to the service I clicked on an "I Agree" button on THEIR screen in the store that explained the cancellation fee. It did not matter to them that I said I was told something different, and never really had the chance to read the "contract" there in the store when picking up my laptop. Their justification was that I COULD have read the contract but chose not to. The idea that I was told something else by the technician was irrelevant to them. I have been a business owner for the majority of my adult life and would never treat anyone, customer or not, in a way I would not want to be treated. What they did may be legal, but in my opinion, it is certainly unethical. My conclusion: Find someone else!

These people will get the job done, but its overpriced. I'd be okay with the prices if they didn't take 3 days to diagnose my computer and another 4-5 to actually fix it. With their prices, it should take 2-3 days total. Besides that, they are reliable and professional.
