good store. there is something to choose. if you need something in large numbers, then there is a contentious issue.

Terrible. Went on a Sunday morning, the store wasn't busy at all. Needed some fence pickets, all the ones on the floor were split or twisted so I asked someone to get someone to pull down some others from the rack above. Finally when someone came over they said they weren't going to get any down, that they didn't have time for that! Disgusted I went to Lowes which is less convenient for me but the experience was so much better. Helpful staff, even helped me pick the best pickets. Another time I went for tiles for a house renovation. Several times I told them I wanted the same colour batch number. I ended up making 4 trips back and forth to sort out the mistakes from the people in flooring. When it came time to help load the tiles it took 30 minutes to find someone who didn't seem too happy he was being asked to stop wandering the parking lot and actually help a customer. Only reason for 2 stars is that some of the staff seem to try.

No one even tried to help us. They just pointed and said maybe obet there. We left empty handed after wasting 30 mins.
