For a theater and film craftsmen this place is great. Great seasonal decor and a great resource for string lights all year long. Customer service is usually good.  Today though, i was looking for something off season.  The on-floor service was great however, whoever was in the warehouse had "put it away and didn't know where it was..." i guess they couldnt be bothered... disappointing customer service for some one that spends many hundreds of dollars there a year.

Got to go to the store in Buffalo for all your holiday needs for Christmas or Thanksgiving best or I've ever been in wish they had one in Rochester anything you want for your Christmas needs they have it I love this store I go there every year
