Tom's Pro Bike is a pro level bike store. Their mission is to provide the very best service to our customers, whether they are an elite cyclist or a recreational cyclist. They strive for perfection in everything they do, from repairs to customer service. All of their bikes are fit to the customer, from $300 hybrids to $10,000 custom bicycles. Their bike assembly follows the same procedures regardless of the value of the bicycle. At Tom's Pro Bike they are not satisfied until you are satisfied.

This is probably the best bike shop we have been to. (And we've been to alot). We went in to buy one bike, and ended up buying 2. They are professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and we never felt pressured on any decisions we made. I look forward to working with them again.

Bought my first really nice bike here and I have zero regrets! I was sick of riding a mountain bike so I was doing a lot of research on road bikes. I saw online that they had the one I wanted on sale so I went in to check it out. The girl that helped me was very knowledgeable and set me up to take it for a ride. What's awesome about this place is they are on a dead end street with a longer side street across Walden. So you can ride your bike up and down in a real setting and really pick up some speed. When I decided I wanted it Tom himself adjusted all of the settings so i was at the right height and all the angles were correct. I love the bike and I'm happy I came here. My girlfriend got her bike from the other big bike shop around here and they didn't adjust anything for her. They are a nice shop too, but she did not get the level of detail that I did here especially from the owner to boot! The only "complaint" I'd have is I brought an older mountain bike in for a tune up a couple years ago and I was told it couldn't just be tuned up and would cost something like $400 to "fix." (You can buy a new bike for that price) I work with a guy that used to fix bikes and he fixed it for $40 with parts from Go Bike Buffalo. So, great place to buy a new bike, maybe not a great place to fix an old one!

Tom's is a very good bike store. More selection of high quality items then most other stores around Buffalo.

It's the best LBS in Buffalo, service is great, that's probably why they have such high prices. It's still a great bike shop so won't take away from a 5 star rating due to high prices.
