I got my wheels trued up here and they called me an hour later with my wheels ready to go. I think many people don't realize that David's cycle is a business and by introducing new technologies and bikes to the customer they are also educating the customer. I think it's the customer's responsibly to understand they don't have to buy but the sales associate is educating​ them on new technology in the market.

The products are great, the staff is great and the service is great!!! I’ve been reading some bad reviews here and to be honest you can’t fix stupid. I mean to give 3 stars because “the place is empty most of the time” really?!? You went there to buy a bike or to find a couple?!? Dumbest review ever! you can go and buy your next bike at Walmart is going to be a crapy bike but at least the place was full. 

Again these guys are great people, there's one in particular who also have a Trek FX (I think is the owner) that was EXTREMELY PATIENT and PROFESIONAL with me.

Very friendly and patient staff. Rent a road bike there and the staff spent great effort adjusting the bike and ensuring everything fits you well.

I was in this location yesterday. There has been some staff changes and now
has great staff, mechanic, John the new manager was always fantastic. 
I believe the location was being held back by some of the staff. Kelley is back and also has always been fantastic. Glad to know this location is back up to snuff since I live less than one mile away and was having to go to other locations for service. Thank You for making East Colonial great again

This store is Amazing! The staff is Super courteous, knowledgeable, and do whatever it takes to get my bike ready and on the road! Ethan, John, and Kelly are Awesome and always willing to help out and take care of my cycling needs. I would always recommend my friends and family to Daves Cycle World on East Colonial. This is the place to go for your biking, and cycling needs!!!!
