I took my Giant to trade to another local bike shop, 45 minutes later they offered me $150.00 and a sorry. So we went to David's Cycle World and they offered several hundred dollars more. I got to trade and got the bike I really wanted without having to pay a lot of money. Great customer service! Great trade in prices and it doesn't take 45 minutes.

Im a 34 yrs old men who never ran a road bike before, I come from a BMX and a very little mountain biking back ground. As you can imagine I had thousands of questions about sizing, operation of the bike, components etc.etc.etc. As soon as I walked into the store (after visiting a few others before) Edgardo one of the associates took care of me and answered all my questions helping me choose the correct bike, safety and support gear. I feel very comfortable in the bike and already put almost 40 miles on it with no issues. Thanks Edgardo and David's world cycle in Winter Garden Fl for introducing me in this incredible sport. P.D. I will be there soon to get a bike for my wife too :-)

Great experience getting a new road bike today - we also got a bike for my 11 year old son last year and also experienced great service - which is why we came back for me. Jill & Matt are super friendly and helpful. 

Don't be tempted to get a bike at a big box sports store -- the lifetime brake and shifter service David's offers makes up for any price difference -- and the bike quality is higher here.

I purchased my first road bike here. I had no idea what I was getting into, I had done a lot of research online, but have never ridden a road bike. I met with Scott at this location after I had shopped around a few other places before checking out David's Cycle. He was very informative and showed me all the different aspects of the bike, the gears, shifters, how to remove the wheels and pump up the tires. 

I tested a few bike before finally deciding on the Trek Domane, I really enjoy my bike and will definitely go back to David's when I need to upgrade my bike. The bike is of high quality and reasonably priced.

I also met with Colin a few days later, I thought that I messed up my bike since I was pretty new at riding road bikes. He explained to me the "micro shift" and a few other tips about riding up hills and riding. He was also very helpful.
