We were on vacation from Michigan when a wheel bearing went bad on our Ranger. We called Davidson and scheduled an appointment. When we realized we needed a tow truck, Davidson's service staff helped us arrange for that. Davidson did not have a loaner vehicle with a trailer hitch (we were towing our boat at the time) so the staff were kind enough to phone rental car agencies in the area looking for a vehicle with a hitch for us. None were available, so we got a Davidson loaner. The service staff was sympathetic to our plight, friendly, helpful and courteous, keeping us updated on our Ranger's status (by phone). Our truck was promptly fixed and ready to go just a few hours after the appointment time. When we picked up our Ranger, the staff was once again friendly and professional, wishing us a fun and successful remainder of our vacation. Thank you for rescuing us from what could have been a disastrous trip.

Went to Davidson's Ford in the market for a new truck. Josh greeted me. I explained what I wanted and he was very accommodating. He explained everything thoroughly, encouraged me to take numerous test-drives in different models to ensure that I would be happy with my purchase. Upon purchasing Sara assisted in explaining many of the features and options as well as setting up the SYNC system. Thank you.

I bought a Ford Fusion brand new off the lot from Davidson Ford. I recently had a few recalls that they just now could complete. I live far from Davidson and never went in for any free oil changes as they say they offer. I asked while they were completing the replacement parts, if they could give me a free oil change, since I was never able to come in for them. NOPE! They charged me $43.15 for an oil change!!!!! I get an oil change EVERY WHERE ELSE for $25.00 tops! I will never go here again. They seek out the military families because they know they come and go, but spend money on vehicles. There is no pride. One simple action can make you and can break you. In this case, that simple act broke you. See ya NEVER! FYI, I can't post unless I give them a star! They don't deserve it, but they get it anyway. How convenient!

Very happy with my experience with this dealer. Gave me a couple of days to think things over and didn't pressure me. Seemed happy to help me even if I walked away. I didn't think this was the vehicle for me but went back and negotiated a good deal. Charles Perkins was my salesman and couldn't be more helpful. I will give Davidson a look for my next purchase. I had the airbag recall completed at Davidson Ford in May 2017 on my Mustang. Again I couldn't be happier with the transaction. They did a courtesy vehicle inspection and it came back with nothing needing work. The service writers were great to work with.

Easily the worst service department in the country. The only nice thing about it is their customer service. They first took a week and a half to diagnose my truck then they have the parts the next day and then take a few days putting on what should have taken at the most one hour to put on. Then I go to pick up my truck and it isn't even drivable, the tech put the part that only goes on one way wrong and nearly destroyed my engine so it's there another week while they try to figure it out. And while it's there another week they back my truck into something in the shop,thankfully they came to me about the accident and offered to cover it for me. And finally to top it all off I have black hand prints from the tech all over the leather interior of my truck. So took my truck for a very simple fix that should have taken a few days I lose it for nearly a month earned a trip to the collision center and have dirty interior thank you Davidson.
