Ed got me in the door a few months ago, and Nick finished the deal recently.  I came in knowing what I wanted, and Nick and Kevin made the deal happen, ensuring that I was satisfied throughout the process. I left Fuccillo feeling very comfortable with the details of the transaction.  I don't feel like the associates were ever trying to pull one over on me. They were honest the entire time and worked with me to reach an agreement. I appreciate all of the time the associates took to ensure I was getting what I wanted, and ensuring that I knew how to operate all of the features of the vehicle once it arrived. I do a lot of research prior to buying a vehicle, and for once it felt like the sales associates all knew their vehicles as well or better than I did, which I have not experienced with other dealerships during past purchases.  I would recommend shopping at Fuccillo to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I have never had anyone work as hard as Ed, Nick or Kevin to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you for a great experience.

So far so good. Updates to follow..so I took my 2016 STi in because my power steering  was leaking. They looked at it and said I had a bad steering rack and that the needed to order a new one. The part would be in Tuesday and then gave me a loaner car. Again so far so good

UPDATE: Sorry for a late update. It only took the service dept 4 days to receive and install the part. Very fast service and friendly service group. Very pleased with the level of service I got.

After a mix-up between the original price and the bill, the situation was handled very well and in a highly professional manner. I was left pleasantly surprised. If something doesn't appear right, don't be afraid to ask. They've been around a while and it shows. Experience does count.

No problem getting my vehicle in for appointment. Repairs were done ahead of estimated time. Friendly staff and comfortable waiting lounge.

Dropped car off Monday morning without being scheduled. Even though they were backed up, they worked us in, rush ordered a part and installed it in time to accommodate getting to first day of work and medical appointment. Service department and cashier very personable and patient. Grateful.
